July 25 daily crapFinally went to gym last weekend. As expected, I only exercised for about an hour and got myself exhausted. I was on the elliptical for about 20 min and couldn't finish my program anyhow. Later some upperbody workout tired me out. My arms are still sore today. Though I already knew the result of my slacking off, it cost great effort to pick it up again :( . It should be of the same principle for other things , for instance: GRE vocabulary. It was really a headache at the beginning, but when it turns into a habbit, it's no big difference from having my breakfast. Sometimes, it just needs a little courage to get started, a bit of consistency to keep it moving and someone to share the achievement. Comments (9)
